Bahá’í House of Worship | Media Session

6th August 2021, Port Moresby | The PNG Bahá’í Office of External Affairs organised for an informal session for media professionals to have access to accurate information about the Bahá’í House of Worship currently under construction in Waigani, Port Moresby – as well as some background information about the Bahá’í Community, its activities and fundamental beliefs.

The Office was sincerely grateful to the professional media personnel, who, without fear or favour attended the session with the genuine interest of learning about the authentic unifying intention and vision of this edifice as well as the service-focused nature of the Bahá’í community that actively works towards peaceful societies, united in diversity.

Notably, this session was organised with the intention of simply meeting and greeting media professionals and offering information for their reference and providing access to the contacts necessary should they have queries for future reporting. This session was run with no intention of receiving coverage.

Despite this, the Office also expresses its sincere gratitude to the team at EMTV that opted to produce a report on this session, which aired on Monday evening 9th August. Watch the segment below.
